Do not rip off the tape.

For best results, follow these instructions closely. The tape is water-resistant, allowing it to be worn in the shower or pool. It is also lightweight, comfortable, and breathable, making it suitable for extended wear of up to 3 days.

To apply the tape, first clean the area and apply it before exercise. Pull the backing 2-3 inches from the end of the tape and remove it from the end only. Without stretching the tape, anchor the end to the skin and rub to activate the adhesive. Stretch the center of the tape over the desired area and anchor the final 2 inches to the skin without stretching.

To remove the tape, pull it off in the same direction as the hair growth. If necessary, use baby oil to assist in the removal process. The tape is single-use.
